O, Russia.

Greetings, you sick old bastards.  I’ve been in Vladimir for just about two weeks now and it’s been great.  My family is rad, my home is rad, the other teachers are rad and Russia is just as hilarious as I remember it.  I forgot how much I love the word нормально and how many situations it applies to in my everyday life.

I’ve already blacked-out three or four times in the past two weeks, I may have broken my toe and I’ve adjusted to a daily lunch of pasta and ketchup, but at least I didn’t have appendicitis and end up in a Russian hospital like our colleague, Phillipa.  I visited her there and that is not a place I wanna be.  I ate at a place called Мистер Гамбургер (Mister Hamburger) the other day.  The food sucked, but I had a good time eating it.

I hope all is well stateside.

Love,

Kroigan

  1. Woah, there. You’re Kroigan?? And since when do you have a second blog with better info? SHady. I wish I understood this “WordPress”. I Really don’t get it. Is this what I made an account on last year? Do I even have a profile?
